Who we are

Divine Toke is a Detroit, Michigan cannabis brand. We sell sun-grown flower, 1g pre-rolls, a 20×1g 20-pack, solventless rosin, and bio hash through this website. We do not publish a street address or a phone number. Questions go to support@divinetoke.org.

Age

This site is for adults 21 and older. An age overlay asks you to confirm that before you shop. If you confirm, we store a dated flag in your browser (localStorage) for 30 days so the overlay does not return on every visit. We do not collect a date of birth or an ID scan on the website.

What we collect

• Checkout. Name, shipping address, and email so we can quote rates, print a label, and send tracking. Payment is handled by PayPal. We do not store card numbers on Divine Toke servers.
• Garden / harvest list. If you type an email into the harvest list or tick the checkout newsletter box, we store that address to send harvest and restock notes. That is opt-in. You can ask us to remove it by emailing support.
• Cart and promo. Cart lines and an applied promo code (for example XTOKE15) live in sessionStorage for this visit so they survive the PayPal round trip.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3C5C45WSS9) records page views for ordinary browsers. Search-engine and AI crawlers, and our own prerender step, do not load the tag.
• Attribution. First-touch UTM parameters may be stored in sessionStorage so we can see which campaign sent an order. They are not sold.

Who else sees data

PayPal processes the charge. Shippo receives the ship-to address and parcel weight so we can buy a USPS or UPS label. We use those companies to complete the order, not to build a marketing list. We do not sell personal information.

What this site does not have

There is no customer account, no stored payment wallet on our side, no live-chat vendor, and no published phone line. The footer “garden list” and the /x harvest list are email opt-ins, not a third-party ESP described here because the store’s own subscribe endpoint writes the address into our subscriber table.

To ask what we have on an email, or to unsubscribe, write support@divinetoke.org. We handle those by email. There is no self-serve portal.
