How an order ships

After you pay with PayPal, we pack the order in Michigan, vacuum-seal it, and put it in a plain, unmarked mailer. The outside does not say Divine Toke and does not describe the contents.

The shipping quote is calculated at checkout for the address you enter. The live quote is USPS and UPS only. You pick the method and pay that rate with the order. The label is created when the order is packed. Tracking goes to the email on the order.

Who can receive it

You must be 21 or older. The shipping quote is calculated at checkout for the address you enter. If we cannot ship to that address, we will not complete the label and we will email you.

Promo codes

Occasional codes (including the X-landing discount when it is offered) come off the product subtotal before PayPal. Do not assume a code printed in an old post still works.

Returns and damaged mail

We do not publish a street return address or a phone number. If a package arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you need to talk through a return, email support@divinetoke.org with the order email and what went wrong. We will reply with the next step. Do not mail product back unless that email says to, and only to the address we send you in that thread.

Cannabis is not a standard apparel SKU. We handle return requests case by case over email rather than a prepaid portal.
